What inspired you to get creative with shoes and why specifically ballet flats?
I have always been a very picky shoe shopper. When I go out, I have something very specific in mind that I want, and if I don't find it, I don't buy. So after years of this habit, I decided to just redesign them myself, which of course turned out to be a LOT of fun, so I began doing it more and more when I decided to add them to my Etsy shop. It's only been specifically ballet flats, because I haven't been able to find the right heels that will work yet, but will be introducing them in my shop real soon, actually.

What are your favorite colors and materials you work with?
I am a sucker for turquoise glitter. I think it's absolutely gorgeous. As far as materials go, I love working with the actual shoe paint. I love painting, it's something I completely lose myself in, so when it comes to redesigning my shoes, the painting is definitely my favorite part.

Apart from making gorgeous glitter ballet flats, what other creative endeavors do you involve yourself in?
Making hair accessories; such as, headbands, bobby pins, and hair clips is right up there as one of my favorite crafts to work on. I also do a lot of deoupage home decor stuff like letters and crosses, and of course painting, when I can.

How do you spend your free time?
I have been absolutely blessed with an amazing hubby, and an awesome little boy, so they are my free time. They are both VERY loud, lol, and a lot of fun to be around. I love getting to spend as much time as possible with my wonderful family, and I am thankful for the opportunity to get to stay home with them, and do what I love everyday.

What is your favorite book you've read so far and how has it impressed upon you?
My favorite book I've read has to be one I just finished called The Devil Colony by James Rollins. It was amazing, and just one of those books where you forget about the world around you while you're reading it.

What is your favorite music genre and any good music to recommend? :D
I've never really had a specific genre of music that I love, but my favorite artist is definetely Regina Spektor, and if ANYONE has never heard her stuff, I highly recommend you go now to listen to it. Absolutely beautiful voice, and amazing piano skills.
